Jayne McAllister, MA, CHC

  • A former travel magazine publisher, Jayne McAllister turned to a career in integrative health as part of her own path to healing after she was diagnosed with osteopenia at age 40.  She studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, whose faculty includes forerunners in the field of integrative and functional medicine such as Andrew Weil, MD, Mark Hyman, MD (founder of the Institute of Functional Medicine), David Katz, MD (Yale), and Walter Willett, MD (Harvard) amongst others.  Originally from Lancashire, England, Jayne holds a BA and MA from Cambridge University.

    Jayne is certified as a health coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  She is also certified in the Transformational Coaching Method™, and is a regular contributor to National Health Review.  Jayne has been featured on local TV and in several area newspapers and magazines.  Jayne owns Pilates of Vero Beach and is certified in the classical method through Power Pilates, New York City.

    Jayne works with people who find it challenging to lead a healthy lifestyle because of the demands of their everyday life.  She guides them in overcoming these challenges so that they can regain control of their lives and make lasting changes.  Jayne provides individual coaching in addition to corporate wellness programs.  She can be reached at clientcare@jaynemcallister.com.
